- Due to regulations around flammable and hazardous materials inherent to paint products, all shipments are carried out via road transport only. Air shipping for such products is strictly prohibited.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations with limited vehicle access may not be feasible. We reserve the right to reject such addresses with prior notice.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during non-business hours are processed the next working day.
- Custom or large volume orders may have extended processing timelines which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Processing time does not include transit time for delivery.

- Occasionally, Croire Innovative Paints offers free standard shipping on orders above a certain minimum purchase amount, as defined during promotional periods.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applicable for special or bulk orders within India are the customer's responsibility.

5. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping usually ranges from 5 to 15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

- We do not assume responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
- In case of significant delays exceeding 15 business days, please contact our support team to initiate trace investigations or alternate arrangements.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
